Northeast China is one of the important regional plates in China and has a unique position in the national economic development. In this paper，through combing the industrial chain innovation chain policy，corresponding supporting measures and some industrial chain length and length boards of 39 cities/administrative offices in three provinces and one autonomous region in Northeast China，the implementation situation and future development direction and objectives of industrial chain innovation chain policy in various regions are clarified. On the whole，all parts of Northeast China have made clear the priority of industrial development，and some areas have formulated a single industrial plan，and the corresponding industrial chain innovation chain support measures are also comprehensive and specific. In view of the future development of regional industrial chain in innovation chain，this paper provides corresponding policy suggestions.
