徐州市新盛投资控股集团有限公司作为徐州市区棚户区改造主体而得以产生和发展,但是在之后的发展过程中,其不断主动应对内外部环境变化,稳抓机遇,谋求多元化业务发展,并在2018年全市整合重组以及2019年推动国资国企改革的大背景下,成功向城市服务运营商转型。本报告通过描述其转型背景与转型方式方法,总结其转型经验,以期为同类型企业提供标杆借鉴。
<<Xuzhou Xinsheng Investment Holdings Group Co.,Ltd. was born and developed as the shantytown renovation subject. However,in the subsequent development process,it constantly responded to the internal and external environment,seized opportunities,and sought for diversified business development. Under the background of city-wide integration in 2018 and reorganization reform of the state-owned assets and state-owned enterprises in 2019,it successfully transformed into the urban service operator. This report summarizes its transformation experience by describing its transformation background and transformation methods,with a view to providing a benchmark for similar enterprises.
