The financial industry is already an important area of urban development and investment company’s business layout. In 2019，a number of policy documents were issued at the regulatory level. The overall development of the financial industry market was stable，and certain results have been achieved in financial services to the real economy and risk prevention and control. Based on the analysis of the current status of the financial business in 2019，this article selected sample companies，further introduced the situation of the urban investment industry’s financial business，and finally analyzed the trend of the urban investment company’s financial business.
