土地储备工作主要由前端征拆、中端土地整理以及末端的土地供应入市三大环节构成,由于近几年政策在土地储备资金及业务运作上严格管控,目前城投公司能涉足的只有土地整理业务以及由此带来的加成,业务开展受到一定程度的制约。本报告以描述2019年土地储备市场发展状况为导入,指出土地储备业务运作过程中存在的问题,进而探讨城投公司土地整理业务的运作情况及未来的发展趋势。
<<The land reserve work is mainly composed of front-end requisition and demolition,mid-end land consolidation and the end of the land supply into the market. Due to the strict control of policies on land reserve funds and business operations in recent years,the only fields available for urban development and investment corporations currently was the land consolidation business with the additional income. Urban development and investment corporations’ land consolidation business subject to certain restrictions. The article used the description of the development of the land reserve market in 2019 as an introduction,pointed out the problems in the operation of the land reserve business,and then discussed the operation of the land consolidation business of the urban investment company and the future development trend.
