Following the Party’s 18th National Congress，the Party committee of Bank of Communications always adhere to put primacy on the Party’s political construction，and give full play to the role of keeping the direction，controlling the situation，promoting the implementation. Through improving the organizational leadership and institution setting，they are exploring three ways to integrate Party leadership into all aspects of corporate governance，which is establishing a working mechanism for the deep integration of Party building and business，creating a team of outstanding cadres，insisting on the “three revolving” and a series of effective measures.
