Originally being affiliated to the General Office of the CPC Central Committee，China Resources （Holdings） Co.，Ltd （hereinafter “CR”） now is one of the key state-owned enterprises and has long persisted its CPC’s enterprise tradition. In line with Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era，CR，in recent years，has built up its Party building approach of “overall Party work，enhanced foundation，culture-shaping，and promote development”，combined with the practice and characteristics of CR itself. CR has explored and established the “Three Ones” project and the 7C system of Party building. By promoting the principle of the party assuming the responsibility for cadres affairs，classified guidance of Party building，establishment of regional Party building committees，innovation of grass-root Party building，and strengthening Hong Kong work，CR has created a new situation of party building in state-owned enterprises and realized the high-quality development of Party building.
