This paper combs the issuance of lottery tickets and the collection，distribution and use of public welfare funds in China in 2020，including the extraction proportion of lottery public welfare funds，the collection，distribution and use of central centralized public welfare funds and Shandong public welfare funds. According to the current situation and changes of the collection，distribution and use of public welfare funds at different levels，combined with the newly released relevant documents in China，it is proposed to continue to optimize and improve the supervision and evaluation mechanism for the use of public welfare funds，strengthen the visibility of the use of public welfare funds and improve the use efficiency of funds.
