<<The system construction under the leadership of the Communist Party of China is a powerful guarantee for the great changes in China. In the initial period of great changes in China （1949-1978），the Communist Party of China had established China’s basic socialist system. Meanwhile，New China had made progress not seen in the past thousand years. In the turning point of China’s great changes （1978-2012），the reform of various basic systems under the leadership of the Party had effectively promoted the continuous and great achievements of reform and opening up. Since the great changes in China entered a period of great development （2012- ），the perfection of system construction under the leadership of the Party has promoted China to achieve great historic achievements that attract worldwide attention.
