Based on the GBEE-CRAS 2021，404 CSR reports that disclose biodiversity related information are assessed and analyzed，and finally proposed relevant suggestions accordingly. It is found that although the number of target reports has increased year by year，its proportion of total reports is still not high，and there are obvious industry differences. Enterprises need continue to build and improve biodiversity management and information disclosure systems，cooperate with multiple forces to promote the main streaming of biodiversity in China’s business circles，encourage more Chinese companies to participate in the global response to the loss of biodiversity.
