In the context of the expansion of the opening up of Beijing’s service industry，guided by Xi Jinping’s thoughts on socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era，and based on the spirit of the important speech of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s inspection of Beijing Daxing International Airport，we will promote the construction of the airport economic zone and the development of cultural hub economy with high standards. At present，the function of the airport hub in the Daxing Airport Economic Zone has become increasingly prominent，the types of implementation projects have become increasingly diverse，the introduction and maintenance of talents has gradually increased，the business approval process and systems have been gradually improved，and the development and construction fund guarantee system has also been gradually strengthened. While the construction functions in all aspects are becoming more and more perfect，there are also imperfect coordination mechanisms among different stakeholders in various regions，low level of internationalization，insufficient concentration and integration of high-end enterprises in various parks，weak foundation for the development of characteristic content industries，and convenient customs clearance. The level of coordinated development of chemical industry and port areas is not high，and fiscal and taxation support policies and supporting service facilities are not perfect. To this end，this article puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of policy integration and innovation，high-end high-tech industry agglomeration，regional overall management，internationalization，digitalization，specialization and market-oriented development.
