The smooth going and effective implementation of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development strategy mainly comes from three aspects. Firstly，general secretary Xi Jinping personally deployed and promoted it. Secondly，it expanded the cooperation mechanism and path constantly in practice. Thirdly，the spatial layout of “one core，two wings” was promoted orderly in accordance with the plan. After sustained efforts for six years，the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development strategy is going well and have achieved remarkable progresses. Firstly，significant progresses were achieved in the three leading areas of transportation，ecology and industry. Secondly，the construction of “two wings” promoted the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei to a new level. Thirdly，the public services were built and shared together constantly. Fourthly，the joint prevention and control mechanism of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei has been quickly established. The coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei has a certain foundation，but there are still problems and challenges. Firstly，the main framework of urban agglomeration of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is insufficient. Secondly，the levels of economic development of three places are quite different. Thirdly，it is difficult to unify the standards of public service. Fourthly，the coordination mechanism across departments and regions needs to be improved. In 14th Five-Year Plan period and for a longer period，we should follow the spirit of general secretary Xi Jinping’s speech on Beijing and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region，and promote the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei to a higher level. Firstly，we should promote the construction of the urban agglomeration with the capital as the core. Secondly，we should build the joint track of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei. Thirdly，we should promote the linkage of innovation chain，industrial chain and supply chain of the three places. Fourthly，we should solve the problem of interactive development between the urban sub-center and the three northern counties of Langfang. Fifthly，we should support the construction and development of Xiong’an New Area.
