Based on the GBEE-CRAS 2021，152 CSR reports released by Information and Communications Technology （ICT） companies in 2021 are assessed and analyzed in this research with targeted recommendations. It is found that the number of target reports has seen a rise，but there is still room for improvement of report quality. The overall report level is close to the catch-up stage；compared with the overall CSR reporting quality in China，the innovation and materiality of target reports are higher than the average level；industry characteristic topics，such as carbon，diversity and inclusion，common prosperity，are the key disclosure contents；the reports are prepared in line with international standards and they contribute to the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
