Using cities as analysis samples，this report selects 3 primary indicators （environmental support，resource capacity and performance value），10 secondary indicators and 32 tertiary indicators to construct China’s innovation and entrepreneurship index in year 2020 through data collection and systematic calculation. Based on the comparison of the innovation and entrepreneurship index of 100 major cities in China，this report comprehensively evaluates the development status of innovation and entrepreneurship in China. This paper also summarizes the characteristics of the Top 10 cities under the 3 primary indicators and discusses the impact of environmental support，resource capacity and performance value on their development of innovation and entrepreneurship.
