In 2022，the external environment is projected to be still complex and severe. Developed countries are taking the lead in opening borders，which will bring new pressure to China’s epidemic prevention and control. The tension of international supply chain caused by global shortage and the negative impact by the rise of global price center will continue，the factors supporting China’s rapid export growth will be weakened，and the spillover effect of policy exit of major economies will increase. At the same time，domestic consumption and investment are restricted by many factors. Rising prices and short-term inputs shortage restrict supply. It is expected that both sides of domestic supply and demand may be under pressure，and the downward pressure on the economy will increase. To accomplish the economic work well in 2022，we need to put steady growth in a more prominent position，strengthen policy pertinence，effectiveness and coordination，accelerate the elimination of supply side constraints，release suppressed domestic demand，promote the restoration of balance between supply and demand，timely and properly resolve risks，maintain overall economic and social stability，accelerate the construction of a new development pattern，and promote new progress in high-quality development.
