人口因素是影响教育资源布局最关键的因素之一,本报告基于历年《北京统计年鉴》和《北京市教育事业统计资料》相关数据,分析首都学前教育阶段适龄人口变化趋势与学前教育资源供给之间的关系。数据显示,2010~2020年,北京市幼儿园数、专任教师数以及在园人口数都呈上升趋势,有效增加了教育资源的供给;学前教育资源空间分布不均衡问题得到改善,但仍存在部分区域普惠性资源分布不均衡问题;非京籍适龄儿童入园难、无证园等问题得到了有效解决。未来仍需科学检测适龄人口规模,继续优化教育资源布局,促进普惠性幼儿园可持续发展。
<<Population is one of the most critical factors affecting the distribution of educational resources. Based on the relevant data of Beijing Statistical Yearbook and Beijing Education Statistics,this report analyzes the relationship between the changing trend of school-age population and the supply of preschool education resources in the capital. The data shows that since 2010-2020,the number of kindergartens,full-time teachers and the number of children in kindergartens in Beijing are on the rise,which effectively increases the supply of educational resources. The unbalanced spatial distribution of preschool education resources has been improved,but the unbalanced distribution of inclusive resources in some regions still exists. Problems such as the difficulty of entering the kindergartens for non-Beijing school-age children and undocumented kindergartens have been effectively solved. In the future,it is still necessary to scientifically detect the size of the school-age population,continue to optimize the layout of educational resources and maintain the sustainable development of inclusive kindergartens.
