教育扶贫是阻断贫困代际传递的有效途径,而教师是教育扶贫的中坚力量。高中教师到国家贫困地区进行支教工作,是助力教育扶贫的重要行动。保定市美术中学三位教师,响应教育部教师工作司依托校长国培计划帮扶凉山彝族自治州中小学校的号召,到冕宁县民族中学支教。三位高中教师在冕宁县民族中学带班授课,并引进保定市美术中学的自教育治理理念,对冕宁县民族中学的教学和管理等各个层面进行了全面规划和精心部署,有效促进了冕宁县民族中学的教师教学能力的提升和学校整体环境的改善。为了保证教育扶贫的实效,他们还长期跟进确保帮扶到位。
<<Poverty alleviation by education is an effective way to block the intergenerational transmission of poverty,and teachers are the backbone of poverty alleviation. It is an important action of helping the poor through education that the high school teachers go to support education in the deep poverty-stricken areas of the “three districts and three states” countries. Three teachers of Baoding fine arts high school,responding to the call of the teacher work department of the Ministry of education to help Liangshan primary and secondary schools relying on the national training plan for principals,went to Mianning County National Middle School to support teaching. Three senior high school teachers have taught in Mianning ethnic middle school and carried out comprehensive planning and careful deployment on all levels of teaching and management by introducing the self-education governance concept of their own school as the vice principal of Mianning ethnic middle school. It had promoted effectively the improvement of teaching ability and the overall environment of the school. In order to ensure the effectiveness of education poverty alleviation,they will follow up for a long time to ensure that the aid is in place.
