It is an important action of helping the poor through education that the high school teachers go to support education in the deep poverty-stricken areas of the “three districts and three states” countries. Three teachers of Baoding fine arts high school，responding to the call of the teacher work department of the Ministry of education to help Liangshan primary and secondary schools relying on the national training plan for principals，went to Mianning County National Middle School to support teaching. Three senior high school teachers have taught in Mianning ethnic middle school and carried out comprehensive planning and careful deployment on all levels of teaching and management by introducing the self-education governance concept of their own school as the vice principal of Mianning ethnic middle school. It had promoted effectively the improvement of teaching ability and the overall environment of the school.
