本报告主要使用宏观统计数据对北京人口发展新形势、北京从业人员现状进行了定量分析,结果发现如下内容。第一,北京从业人员规模虽近期有所波动,但总量充足;从业人员就业产业结构不断优化;从业人员的创造性不断提升,且在国内处于领先水平,提升潜力巨大。第二,北京人口负增长、少子老龄、高素质、家庭小型化呈现常态化趋势。在此基础上,结合北京人才供给现状,从人才供给能力、人才吸引力、人才创造力、人才生态系统建设四个方面讨论了人口新形势给北京人才工作带来的风险和挑战,并讨论了建设有首都特色的人才生态系统,防范和化解人才工作风险的初步构想。
<<This report mainly uses macro statistical data to make a quantitative analysis of the current situation of Beijing employees in the new situation of population development in Beijing. The results show that:first,although the scale of Beijing employees fluctuates recently,the total quantity is sufficient. The employment structure of employees has been improved. Second,Beijing’s negative population growth,small children,old age,high-quality family miniaturization presents a normal trend. On this basis,combined with the current situation of talent supply in Beijing,this report discusses the risks and challenges brought by the new population situation to Beijing’s talent work from the aspects of talent supply ability,talent attraction,talent creativity and talent ecosystem construction,and discusses the preliminary conception of constructing the capital’s characteristic talent ecosystem and preventing and resolving the risk of talent work.
