县域高中的改革与发展是中国基础教育改革中的关键一环,县域高中教师作为改革的重要参与主体,其职业发展的情况直接影响到改革的进程与成效。本报告从县域教师队伍的结构特征、教师队伍的职业满意度、教师的职业期望三个维度分析现阶段县域教师职业发展的特征。县域高中教师队伍性别、年龄结构较为均衡,职称结构配置基本合理,学历层次有待进一步提高。教师队伍整体对晋升制度、薪酬制度的满意度偏低,县域教师薪酬标准整体偏低。教师岗位基于其发展稳定性和较高的社会地位为从业者提供了较高的职业安全感。
<<The development of high schools at county-level is a crucial part of China’s education reform. As an important participant in the reform,the career development of county-level high school teachers directly affects the process and effectiveness of the reform. This paper analyses the characteristics of teachers’ career development in county areas at current stage from three aspects:the structural characteristics、career satisfaction and career expectations. The gender structure and age structure of the county level high school teachers are relatively balanced;the structure of professional titles is basically well configured;and the level of teachers’ education qualifications needs to be further improved. The overall satisfaction of teachers’ promotion and remuneration is low,and there is low level of satisfaction with remuneration criteria for teachers at county level. Teaching positions provide a high sense of occupational security for practitioners based on job developmental stability and the higher social status.
