At present，the new professional group has become an important driving force for Beijing to build an international scientific and technological innovation center and build a world-class harmonious and livable capital. Through the quantitative analysis of relevant policy texts，this report finds that Beijing has initially formed a multi angle and multi-level “combined” new occupational group support policy system. It mainly includes the policy of increasing ability to create conditions for the accumulation of human capital for new occupational groups；service policies aimed at creating a labor market environment；regulatory policies aimed at standardizing the behavior of market subjects；safeguard policies aimed at safeguarding the basic rights and interests of new occupational groups. The cooperation network supporting policies of new occupational groups in Beijing basically presents a two-tier structure，and the internal core policy subjects have strong radiation and influence on the external subjects. In the future，we should effectively protect the relevant rights and interests of new occupational groups in Beijing from the perspectives of standardizing employment，completing social security，improving supporting services and formulating a bonus mechanism.
