在教育改革深化背景下,明确高中教师对培训活动的具体需求有助于相关部门高效地开展培训活动,助力教师发展。调研发现,课程资源开发与利用能力是高中教师目前亟须提高的专业能力;多数教师对自身教学科研能力评价较低,缺时间、教学任务压力大是高中教师开展科研面临的最主要的问题;教师更偏好三个月一次、一次半天,由专家、学科名师进校讲座研讨的培训形式。
<<Against the backdrop of deepening of education reform,specifying the specific demand of senior high school teachers for training activities helps relevant departments carry out training activities effectively and boost development of teachers. Findings:Among professional capacities of senior high school teachers,the most urgent thing is to improve their curriculum resource development and utilization capacity. Most teachers have low evaluation on their teaching and scientific research abilities. Senior high school teachers’ major problems in scientific research are lack of time and great pressure in face of teaching tasks. Teachers prefer training in the form of lectures offered by experts and famous discipline teachers at school,and such training should be offered one time every three months,with half a day for every time.
