Against the backdrop of deepening of education reform，specifying the specific demand of senior high school teachers for training activities helps relevant departments carry out training activities effectively and boost development of teachers. Findings：Among professional capacities of senior high school teachers，the most urgent thing is to improve their curriculum resource development and utilization capacity. Most teachers have low evaluation on their teaching and scientific research abilities. Senior high school teachers’ major problems in scientific research are lack of time and great pressure in face of teaching tasks. Teachers prefer training in the form of lectures offered by experts and famous discipline teachers at school，and such training should be offered one time every three months，with half a day for every time.
