At present，high-level talents in Beijing are characterized by large scale，strong industrial support force，relatively complete policy system，and basically satisfied talent needs. Meanwhile，there are also some problems such as unbalanced and inadequate development of high-level talents，insufficient political guidance，lagging service policies，and inadequate management mechanism. To build Beijing into a capital of high-level talents，we need to address the problem of unbalanced and insufficient high-level talents gathering. We need to take multiple measures to strengthen the political guidance of high-level talents，expand the channels for attracting high-level talents，make every effort to improve the public service level of high-level talents，and improve the efficiency of high-level talent management mechanism.
