当前,北京市高端人才呈现规模宏大、产业支撑力量雄厚、政策体系相对完备、人才需求基本满足等特征,同时也存在高端人才发展不平衡不充分、服务政策不足、管理机制效能不够等问题。北京建设高端人才聚集之都,需要着力解决高端人才聚集不平衡不充分的问题,拓展高端人才的引入渠道,全力提升高端人才的公共服务水平,提升高端人才管理机制效能。
<<At present,high-level talents in Beijing are characterized by large scale,strong industrial support force,relatively complete policy system,and basically satisfied talent needs. Meanwhile,there are also some problems such as unbalanced and inadequate development of high-level talents,insufficient political guidance,lagging service policies,and inadequate management mechanism. To build Beijing into a capital of high-level talents,we need to address the problem of unbalanced and insufficient high-level talents gathering. We need to take multiple measures to strengthen the political guidance of high-level talents,expand the channels for attracting high-level talents,make every effort to improve the public service level of high-level talents,and improve the efficiency of high-level talent management mechanism.
