教师是教育的基石,建设高质量教师队伍是推动教育发展、提高教育质量的重要抓手和关键举措,要实现高中教育的高质量发展,提高教师队伍整体素质是必由之路。新时代培养人才的根本在于“立德树人”,教师是培养人才的关键角色,教师队伍的高质量发展意义重大。自20世纪末以来,党中央、国务院高度重视素质教育发展和教师队伍建设,颁布了一系列有关教师发展的相关政策,将提高教师队伍质量作为推动教育发展的重要环节。本报告回顾了近年来教师高质量发展的评价机制与路径研究,并在此基础上总结了以往研究的不足。本报告还对疫情防控常态化下教师队伍高质量发展面临的挑战和机遇进行了分析,认为教师应当积极主动适应新冠肺炎疫情影响下教育情况的变化,提高自身的综合素养。在教师发展体系上,本报告提出教师队伍专业化发展的关键在于通过构建正确有效的教师评价体系,探索“人工智能+卓越教师”的新型培养模式,推动高质量教师队伍的建设。
<<Teachers are the cornerstone of education,and the building of high-quality teachers is an important starting point and key measure to promote education development and improve the quality of education. The only way to achieve the high-quality development of high school education is to improve the overall quality of teachers. The fundamental part of cultivating talents in the new era lies in “cultivating people by virtue”. As the key role in cultivating talents,the high-quality development of-teachers is very important. Since the end of the 20th century,the CPC Central Committee and the State Council attach great importance to the development of quality education and the construction of teachers,and have issued a series of relevant policies on the development of teachers,taking improving the quality of teachers as an important link in promoting the development of education. This paper reviews the evaluation mechanism and path of high-quality development,and summarizes the shortcomings of the past,arguing that teachers should actively adapt to the changes of post-epidemic education and improve their comprehensive quality. In the teacher development system,the professional development is the key to develop the correct and effective training mode of AI+teachers and promote the construction of high-quality teachers.
