With the rapid development of the intelligent connected vehicles，the research and development of the products need to be improved continuously through the test of the demonstration area to speed up its industrialization and commercialization. In response to this demand，the industry is actively developing the city-level intelligent network demonstration area construction in recent years，to provide the actual operating environment for the intelligent network vehicles. At present，the pilot area and demonstration area are built around the test field，from point to surface，gradually expanding to semi-open and open road，and gradually opening up the application pilot area.
