This paper is based on the results of the questionnaire of the China Foreign Service Industry Association on the operation of its member companies in 2020，and presents the overall operation of the member companies in 2020 and the development of the main business modes such as personnel and social security agency services，recruitment，labor dispatch，business outsourcing，flexible employment services，payroll and tax services，and flexible benefit management services. On this basis，some problems and development trends facing the development of the human resource service industry are analyzed.
