    2020~2021年中国人力资源培训服务的新发展

    摘要

    在政策供给、市场需求和科技助推下,我国培训服务呈现良好发展态势,数字化科技化转型加速,市场上涌现出更多个体身份的供需主体,“四史”、党史类培训产品稳步推进,领导力和管理培训形成多方供给,专业技术人才培训和职业培训工作深入开展。宏观政策助推培训市场各类产品从内容到形式的创新,培训规模与质量共提升,供需两侧齐发力,培训市场规范化建设稳步推进。面对用人单位和受训者培训积极性不足、培训机构有待规范且专业化有待提升等问题,要加强培训机构专业化建设,优化用人单位人才管理和培训服务,深入推进培训相关领域政策创新。

    Abstract

    Under the policy supply,market demand and technology boost,China’s training services show a good development trend,the transformation of digital science and technology has accelerated,more supply and demand subjects with individual identities have emerged,the training products of “Four Histories” and “Party History” have been steadily advanced,leadership and management training have formed a multi-party supply,and professional and technical personnel training and vocational training have been carried out in depth. Macro-policies promote training market innovation of various products from content and form,common development of training scale and quality as well as supply and demand,Steady progress was made in standardizing the training market. Faced with the lack of motivation of employers and trainees training,training institutions to be standardized and professional to be enhanced,it is necessary to strengthen the professional construction of training institutions,optimize talent management and training services of employers,and further promote policy innovation in training-related fields.
