2020年,劳动关系治理各方积极努力,克服新冠肺炎疫情等因素影响,有效保持了劳动关系总体平稳。与上一年度相比,各级劳动人事争议调解组织和仲裁机构处理的案件数量略有降低,但涉及劳动者人数和涉案金额有所增加,当期审结案件数量、全年办结案件数量、调解成功率和仲裁结案率均有提升;劳动监察工作持续扎实推进。立足新发展阶段,需要进一步加大力度完善劳动关系共建共治共享治理格局,不断提升劳动关系治理体系和治理能力现代化水平。
<<In 2020,all parties involved in labor relations governance made active efforts to overcome the impact of the COVID-19 and other factors,effectively maintaining overall stable labor relations. Compared with the previous year,the number of cases handled by labor and personnel dispute mediation organizations and arbitration institutions at all levels decreased slightly,but the number of workers involved and the amount of money involved increased,and the number of cases concluded in the current period,the number of cases concluded for the year,the success rate of mediation and the rate of conclusion of arbitration cases were all improved;labor supervision work continued to be promoted solidly. Based on the new development stage,it is necessary to further strengthen the efforts to improve the governance pattern of labor relations,and continuously improve the modernization of the labor relations governance system and governance capacity.
