The achievements of Beijing Center for Disease Control during the 13th Five Year Plan period are summarized in this case from six aspects：the construction of disease control and prevention system，the control of infectious diseases，the prevention and control of chronic diseases，the capacity-building of public health services，the measures to maintain public health and safety，and the completion of public health guarantee tasks. And the major work and achievements during COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control period are also introduced.
