Ji’an City，located in the southeast of Jilin Province，is the largest ginseng producing area in China. Its unique geographical position，superior ecological environment and characteristic history endue Ji’an with strong urban competitiveness. This report finds shortcomings and problems on the basis of systematically summarizing the structure and advantages of Ji’an City，finds out phenomena and laws，and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions. Ji’an City in the future development process should focus on optimizing the industrial structure and expand the total economic volume of Ji’an City；We will foster new drivers of growth and accelerate the development of a new type of economy；We will strengthen the building of a harmonious city with the people as the center；We will consolidate our achievements in poverty alleviation and fully implement the strategy of rural revitalization；We will improve personnel policies and strengthen the driving forces for sustainable development.
