The city-based healthy life evaluation can reflect and guide the city’s healthy life quality，while analyzing the healthy life conditions of each province（cities）from an inter-provincial perspective can reflect and narrow regional gaps，and improve the overall healthy life quality of our country. This report takes my country’s 31 provinces（cities）as the research objects，and adds population development as a new indicator to the original first-level evaluation index system to build an inter-provincial healthy life evaluation system. Based on the six aspects of inter-provincial comprehensive evaluation，economic security，environmental health，population development，medical and health，cultural health and public services，we will study its development status and regional gaps，and put forward opinions on future development prospects.
