“十三五”时期,我国卫生健康人才队伍建设成效明显,但短板和不足仍然明显。“十四五”时期,我国卫生健康人才队伍建设应立足发展现状、贯彻新发展理念、有效回应健康中国建设发展需求,加大力度补短板,持续扩大人才总量规模,加快培养相关领域人才,加强高层次人才队伍建设,不断优化人才结构分布,稳步提升人才服务能力和质量,进一步深化体制机制改革,构建整合型卫生健康服务体系,创新人才配置政策和激励机制。
<<During the 13th Five Year Plan period,the construction of China’s health talent team has achieved remarkable results,but its shortcomings and deficiencies are still obvious. During the “14th five year plan” period,the construction of China’s health talent team should be based on the current development situation,implement the new development concept,effectively respond to the needs of the construction and development of healthy China,strengthen efforts to make up for weaknesses,continue to expand the total scale of health talents,accelerate the training of talents in relevant fields,strengthen the construction of high-level talent team,and constantly optimize the distribution of talent structure,Steadily improve the ability and quality of talent service,further deepen the reform of system and mechanism,build an integrated health service system,and innovate talent allocation policies and incentive mechanisms.
