The education talent team is an important support for building a high-quality education system. This paper mainly reviews the progress of China’s education talent team construction in the second half of 2020 and the first half of 2021，covering the current situation of education talent development，education talent cultivation and training system，and reform and innovation of teacher personnel system；combined with the existing problems，the possible trend of the construction of education talents in the future is prospected.
