心理健康素养是保持和促进心理健康的重要能力。中国科学院心理研究所采用国民心理健康素养问卷(简版)对于中小学生群体的调查旨在了解中国这一年龄群体的心理健康素养状况及其影响因素。通过对10~16岁群体的分析发现,约三成中小学生的心理健康知识得分低于60分,80分及以上的占19。9%。女生比男生心理健康素养总体水平略高;城镇中小学生的心理健康素养得分总体高于农村中小学生的得分。父母教育程度和家庭经济状况是影响中小学生心理健康素养的家庭因素。心理健康素养水平越高的中小学生抑郁风险越低、心理韧性越高,且寻求专业心理帮助的意愿和态度越积极。本文基于调查结果提出了:加强中小学生心理健康素养,尤其是心理问题识别和干预方面的知识科普;关注处境困难家庭的中小学生心理健康素养的提升;重视农村中小学生中的心理健康素养普及工作;及时识别筛查心理健康高危个体,减少求助顾虑等着力提升中国中小学生心理健康素养的建议。
<<Mental health literacy is an important capability for maintaining and facilitating mental health. Chinese Mental Health Literacy Questionnaire (abbreviated version) by the Institute of Psychology at Chinese Academy of Sciences is designed for primary and middle students to understand their mental health literacy and the influential factors. The analysis of the individuals aged 10-16 has shown that about 30 percent of students had a score of less than 60 in mental health literacy knowledge,and those who scored over 80 accounted for only 19.9 percent;girls had a overall higher level of mental health literacy than boys;urban students had a higher score of mental health literacy than their counterparts who were from rural areas;parental education level and family economic status were influential factors for the mental health literacy of students;students with higher level of mental health literacy showed better psychological resilience and more positive attitude towards help-seeking rather than falling into depression. Based on the survey results,advice has been given as follows:strengthening the mental health literacy of primary and middle school students,especially popularizing the knowledge about the identification and intervention of psychological problems;giving concern to the promotion of mental health literacy among students who are from disadvantaged families;paying close attention to popularizing the knowledge of mental health literacy among rural students;timely identifying and screening the individuals who are at high risk of mental health and reducing worries for them to seek help.
