我国是世界上老龄化速度超快、老龄人口总量最多的国家,具备开发老年人力资源的有利条件。但现实中,我国老年人力资源开发还存在一些问题:认知有误区、政策体系不健全、服务支持不足、开发层次较低等。未来一段时期,老年人力资源开发,应进一步优化社会环境,加强顶层设计,加快构建相关法律法规、政策、服务体系。
<<China is a country with super-fast aging and the largest total number of elderly people in the world,and has favorable conditions for developing the elderly power resources. However,in reality,there are still some problems in the development of human resources for the elderly in China:there are cognitive misunderstandings,imperfect policy system,insufficient service support,low development level,etc. In the future,the development of human resources for the elderly should further optimize the social environment,strengthen the top-level design,and speed up the construction of relevant laws,regulations,policies and service systems.
