However，in reality，there are still some problems in the development of human resources for the elderly in China：there are cognitive misunderstandings，imperfect policy system，insufficient service support，low development level，etc. In the future，the development of human resources for the elderly should further optimize the social environment，strengthen the top-level design，and speed up the construction of relevant laws，regulations，policies and service systems.
