Starting from the relationship between the Grand Canal cultural belt and the construction of Water Parks，this paper focuses on combing the water conservancy scenic resource base，the current situation and achievements of the construction of Water Parks in the Grand Canal cultural belt （Jiangsu section）. Thus revealing the common problems faced by the construction and development of Water Parks in the Grand Canal cultural belt，and analyzing the objective situation of the development of Water Parks in the Grand Canal cultural belt to explore the future development goal of the scenic spot as well as put forward the development measures and implementation guarantee in order to provide reference for high-quality construction and development of the Grand Canal cultural belt Water Park.
