当前,我国女性科技人才总量和占比呈上升趋势,行业分布、职级结构有所改善,在科研一线和科技创业方面发挥着重要作用、做出了重要贡献,学术与应用成果数量有所上升,日益得到社会认可,但女性科技人才仍存在学科分布不均、职级结构不够理想以及成就略低于男性等现象。影响我国女性科技人才发展的主要因素包括:就业与发展机会方面仍然存在的不平等、社会角色带来的特殊压力、非科学的性别印象的限制以及参与科技创新的支持不足等。新形势下,促进女性科技人才发展的对策建议主要包括为两性提供平等进入与参与科研的机会、为孕哺期女性科技工作者提供特殊支持、培育后备人才科研兴趣、加大女科技人员宣传、为女性科技人才发展和发挥作用提供社会支持等。
<<At present,the total number and proportion of female scientific and technological talents in China are on the rise,with increasingly rich industry distribution and improved rank structure,they play an important role and make important contributions in the front line of scientific research and technopreneurship,and their academic and application achievements have increased and are increasingly recognized by the society,but there are still phenomena in female scientific and technological talents such as uneven distribution of disciplines,unsatisfactory rank structure and slightly lower achievements than men. The main factors affecting the development of female scientific and technological talents in China include:the inequality in employment and development opportunities,the special pressure brought by social roles,the restriction of unscientific gender impression and the lack of support for participating in scientific and technological innovation. To this end,the report proposes countermeasures that are conducive to the construction of China’s female scientific and technological talent under the new situation,such as providing equal opportunities for both sexes to enter and participate in scientific research,providing special support for female scientific and technological workers during pregnancy and nursing,cultivating the scientific research interests of reserve talents,increasing publicity for female scientific and technological personnel,and providing social support for the development and role of female scientific and technological talents.
