As an important carrier of water conservancy industry to support Rural Revitalization Strategy，Water Parks provide a foundation for improving rural living environment，inheriting local culture and helping rural industrial transformation and development. This report combs the construction requirements of Water Parks under the background of rural revitalization，analyzes the effectiveness of construction and problems of Water Parks. Starting from rural Water infrastructure and comprehensive of rural environment and cultural science construction，the main tasks for the development of Water Parks are proposed from the aspects of consolidating and upgrading existing scenic spots，creating scenic spots，as well as cultivating model scenic spots. It provides ideas for the development of Water Parks under the background of Rural Revitalization.
