This study analyzes the current status of Guangzhou youth employment，career selection concept，entrepreneurial intention and career development needs. The study found that the Guangzhou youths work intensity is appropriate，but still face great work pressure；the Guangzhou youths workplace equity protection is better and the development equity protection needs to be further improved；the salary is the youth employment，educational influence on Guangzhou youths career development；and the strong willingness to start，increase personal wealth accumulation is the main entrepreneurial motivation. Based on the research findings，this report proposes targeted countermeasures.
