2020年是中国自动驾驶从技术探索到实现产业落地的关键一年,国家发改委等11个部委联合下发了《智能汽车创新发展战略》,使自动驾驶产业战略规划得到持续升级和细化。此外,汽车自动化分级标准体系进一步完善,芯片、5G通信和高精地图等关键技术取得突破,测试验证方法更加丰富和规范,车企与互联网、零部件和通信巨头合作更为紧密。虽然自动驾驶产业已经进入新的发展阶段,但还面临诸多问题。如,法律法规标准依旧存在盲区,技术仍不成熟,配套设施、保险有待完善,数据安全和社会宣传有待加强等。未来,以场景为先导自动驾驶将分批实现商业化落地,自动驾驶产业链将趋于精细化发展,L3自动驾驶技术量产将被重点布局,V2X将成为高级无人驾驶发展的驱动力,政企合作也将推动自动驾驶落地。
<<It was key time point for China’s autonomous driving industry transferring from the technological exploration to the industrialization development in 2020. “Intelligent Vehicle Innovation and Development Strategy” was jointly issued by NDRC(National Development and Reform Commission),MIIT(Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People’s Republic of China)and other 9 ministries and commissions,and the strategic planning of autonomous driving industry was gradually upgraded and detailed. In addition,the standard system regarding to automatic driving classification was further refined,and the new breakthrough has been made in key technology including chip,5G communication and high precision map etc. The test verification method is more rich and standardized,and the carmakers were working more closely with internet,component and communications giants. Though the autonomous driving industry was in a new stage,the industry faces many Problems. There were still some blind spots in the legal standards,and the technology was still immature. Supporting facilities and insuranceneeded to be improved,data security and social advocacy needed to be strengthened and so on. In the future,the autonomous driving industry will take the scenario as the lead,be commercialized in batches,and the industrial chain tends to be elaborative development. L3 autopilot will be the key layout,and V2X is the driving forces to the more advanced autonomous driving. Government and enterprise will devote cooperation to promote the implementation of autonomous driving.
