    2021年广州青年教育与学习发展状况研究

    摘要

    本文以2021年广州青年发展状况调查数据为基础,综合分析在新冠肺炎疫情的冲击下,2021年广州青年教育学习的基本情况、发展态势,并针对存在的问题进行分析,提出相关对策建议。在新冠肺炎疫情的冲击下,2021年线上学习成为首选教育方式。多元化的教育培训选择满足青年自我提升的需求。素质教育的推广提升了广州青年对教育学习环境的满意度。但同时,教育培训市场化行为的高昂成本、繁重的学业压力以及职业资格考核体系的不完善对广州青年教育和学习提出了新的问题和挑战。为此,我们需要建立完善教育培训体系,合理疏导青年学生学业压力,加强对职业人才队伍的建设和培养,不断适应新时代广州青年教育学习的需要。

    Abstract

    Based on the survey data of Guangzhou youth development situation(2021),this paper comprehensively analyzes the basic situation and development trend of Guangzhou youth education and learning under the impact of COVID-19 epidemic in 2021,and analyzes the existing problems,and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions. Under the impact of the COVID-19 epidemic in 2021,online learning became the first choice of education. Diversified education and training options to meet the needs of youth self-improvement. The promotion of quality education makes Guangzhou young people improve their satisfaction with the education and learning environment. But at the same time,the high cost of the education and training marketization behavior,the heavy academic pressure and the imperfect vocational qualification assessment system have put forward new problems and challenges to the Guangzhou youth education and learning. Therefore,we need to establish and improve the education and training system,reasonably ease the academic pressure of young students,strengthen the construction and training of professional personnel team,and constantly meet the needs of youth education and learning in the new era.
