2020 is the year to achieve the goal of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way，and the year to win the battle against poverty as well as the end of the 13th five-year plan. This report focuses on the development trends of Water Parks in 2020 and the construction achievements during the “Thirteenth Five-Year Plan” period. This paper makes a comprehensive analysis on the amount，structure and distribution of Water Parks，the management status of institutions，systems，planning and publicity，and the development characteristics of innovation driven，integrated development，co-construction and sharing.
