The report taking Guangzhou young groups （middle school students，college students and in-the-job youth） as the research objects，we analyzed the ideological and moral conditions of Guangzhou young people from five aspects of national recognition，social values，happiness，outlook on life and career，and made longitudinal comparison with the data over the years. The survey results show that Guangzhou young people have high sense of national identity，system and road，high recognition of the socialist core values；the values show pragmatic and enterprising characteristics，basically consistent with the value pursuit advocated by mainstream values.
