Thanks to the national policy support and enterprise technology accumulation，as of April 11，2020，a total of 6 new coronavirus antibody detection reagent （colloidal gold method）and 4 molecular POCT detection reagent listed. This paper introduces the technical platform and market situation of POCT in the prevention and control of infectious diseases，focuses on the application direction of POCT products in the global outbreak of COVID-19，and thinks about the value and development trend of POCT in the prevention and control of infectious diseases，such as the optimization of emergency product quality management system，the cooperation of production，education and research，the development of molecular diagnosis POCT and multi-project joint inspection technology，the diversification of application scenario and digital innovation of POCT.
