In recent years，with a large number of emerging technologies such as big data，cloud computing and blockchain maturing and widely used，a new round of scientific and technological innovation is emerging quietly in various industries. This paper analyzes the common problems of financing difficulty and expensive financing in the field of commercial factoring，and puts forward that in the field of commercial factoring of supply chain finance，financial institutions use blockchain technology to build a supply chain science and technology service platform，integrating accounts receivable and transaction structure organically，focusing on the key problem of financing difficulties for msmes，using blockchain technology as the cut-in point，in order to promote the development of commercial factoring industry，we should improve data sharing，optimize business process，reduce operation cost and increase transaction transparency.
