重离子束因其倒转的深度剂量分布和高的相对生物学效应等优势,成为最先进的放射治疗用射线。本文分析了重离子治疗的特点和优势,如重离子束具有独特的深度剂量分布、重离子束的相对生物学效应(RBE)高、重离子束的氧增比(OER)小、可进行PET在线位置及剂量验证。我国现已研制了具有完全自主知识产权的医用重离子加速器装置——碳离子治疗系统,实现了碳离子治疗设备“零”的突破。
<<Due to the advantages such as inverted depth-dose distribution and high relative biological effectiveness,heavy ion beam is considered to be the optimal type of ionizing radiations for radiotherapy. The first Carbon Ion Therapy System in China,developed by the Institute of Modern Physics,Chinese Academy of Sciences,was authorized by the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA)and registered as a medical device of class Ⅲ,promoting the progress of Chinese high-end medical equipment and being of great significance to improve tumor therapeutic means and levels in China.
