In recent years，the medical equipment industry in Inner Mongolia has been continuously growing in scale and gradually standardized management under the continuous impetus of market demand. Through combing and summarizing，it is found that the industrial foundation of medical equipment in Inner Mongolia is relatively weak，the geographical situation restricts the development of medical equipment industry，the development and integration level of production，study and research need to be improved，and there is a certain gap in the talents in each link of the industry. It is predicted that in the future，because of the industrial basic characteristics of medical devices，Inner Mongolia medical equipment circulation enterprises will develop more rapidly than production enterprises. Finally，this paper puts forward some systematic suggestions on the construction and optimization of the development environment of medical equipment in Inner Mongolia，such as strengthening the basic capacity of industry，improving the level of industrial chain，encouraging the coordinated development of factors，etc..
