在“碳中和”与“碳达峰”战略目标的引领下,发展分布式能源已成为我国能源结构优化与电力市场化改革的主要路径之一。区块链的去中心化思想与分布式能源建设思路相契合,可为分布式能源产业发展提供借鉴。首先,本文充分挖掘区块链与分布式能源的基本原理,阐述基于区块链的分布式能源系统在数据安全、信任机制、运作效率方面的显著优势。其次,根据能源区块链五个主要应用场景,梳理区块链技术在分布式能源产业的应用模式与积极作用。再次,阐述了区块链技术在分布式能源应用面临的挑战,分析了需要解决的关键科学问题。最后,展望分布式能源区块链的发展愿景,并从产业融合、政策制度、技术储备、人才培养等方面提出具体建议。
<<Led by the strategic goals of “carbon neutrality” and “carbon peaking”,the development of distributed energy has become one of the main paths for China’s energy structure optimization and power market reform. The decentralized idea of blockchain is in line with the idea of distributed energy construction,which can provide reference for the development of distributed energy industry. Firstly,this paper fully explores the basic principles of blockchain and distributed energy,and explains the significant advantages of blockchain-based distributed energy system in terms of data security,trust mechanism and operation efficiency. Secondly,according to the five main application scenarios of energy blockchain,the application mode and positive effects of blockchain technology in distributed energy industry are sorted out. Next,the challenges faced by blockchain technology in distributed energy applications are described,and the key scientific issues that need to be solved are analyzed. Finally,the development vision of distributed energy blockchain is foreseen,and specific suggestions are made in terms of industrial integration,policy system,technology reserve and talent training.
