Rural property rights transaction is conducive to optimizing the allocation of rural factor resources，improving the efficiency of resource utilization，promoting the value maintenance and appreciation of rural property，and increasing farmers’ property income. At present，China’s rural property rights transaction and circulation system is gradually improving，but it still faces many problems that need to be solved，such as unclear ownership of some rural property rights，complicated property rights transaction process，high transaction cost and low efficiency，insufficient openness and transparency in the transaction and existing loopholes in supervision. Blockchain are decentralized，with the features of tamper-resistant information，transparency and trustworthiness. The blockchain-based rural property rights transaction platform integrates blockchain and other advanced technologies into the whole rural property rights transaction process，and uploads the related identity，information，assets and behaviors data on the blockchain to ensure that the whole rural property rights transaction process is traceable and trusted，which effectively improves the efficiency，transparency，and standardization of rural property rights transactions，and promotes the transaction and circulation of rural property rights. On this basis，new application scenarios such as rural financial services based on rural property rights can be extended，and a new rural credit system based on real transaction information on the blockchain can be built in the future. Innovative technologies such as blockchain，privacy-preserving computing，and AIoT will promote the digital upgrading of agriculture and rural areas and become a strong driving force for rural revitalization.
