With the improvement of national economy and the rapid development of computer technology，modern stomatology model has changed from traditional diagnosis and treatment to digital diagnosis and treatment. How to use digital technology to achieve accurate，efficient and comfortable personalized oral diagnosis and treatment has become the future direction and objective needs of the development of stomatology. This paper expounds the application situation of digital technology in oral medical devices in 2019，summarizes and contrasts the digital oral medical devices and related technologies，points out the shortcomings and future trends of some fields，and puts forward that the digital technology of CBCT，3D printing，AI technology/CAD/CAM and medical robot will form a closer combination，which will form a complete digital treatment system of oral cavity，and will have some reference and application in the future development of digital technology in oral medical devices.
