随着大数据时代的到来,数据成为数字经济时代的新型生产要素。为了最大化地开采及利用数据内在价值,目前已形成依托人工智能、区块链、云计算、数据科学等数字技术的数字新基建。为了融合多方数据,释放数据更大价值,在依法依规的前提下,基于区块链的隐私计算技术应运而生。本报告回顾了隐私计算的产生背景,阐述了隐私计算的关键技术路线,介绍了微众银行多方大数据隐私计算平台的架构,并列举了隐私计算在金融、政务、医疗等行业的应用案例,全方位地体现隐私计算技术的重大价值和深远意义。随着市场需求的攀升,以及国际、国内各类信息保护条例和法规的出台,隐私计算技术将会作为关键技术支撑,实现隐私保护下数据全生命周期的安全存储、可信流通和协同生产,助力构建数字新基建,进而服务于我国数字经济战略。
<<In the era of big data,data is well recognized as a new factor of production for digital economy. New data infrastructure is demanded to safely and efficiently mining the value of massive private data across multiple domains,by combining the “ABCD” capabilities from artificial intelligence,blockchain,cloud computing and big data technology. Blockchain-based privacy-preserving computing technology is further emerged to comply with new data protection regulation and enable privacy-preserving data fusion for collaborative business. In this report,we share our experience on exploring and applying blockchain-based privacy-preserving computing technology,by introducing the history of privacy-preserving computing,key supporting technology,the practice of multi-party big data privacy-preserving computation at WeBank,and typical use cases in finance,e-government,and healthcare sectors. As more strict international and domestic data protection regulations come into effect,privacy-preserving computing will play a key role in data-driven industry. By offering full life cycle protection on data usage,privacy-preserving computing can achieve secure storage,trust transfer,and collaborative production,to establish a revolutionary digital infrastructure for more sustainable and rapid digital economy development.
