Alliance chain platform covers the concept of account book. The alliance chain platform and application should be vertically integrated and packaged. Only in this way can we reduce the intervention of external “non responsible entities” and improve the technical credit of software. In order to support the upper application effectively，the alliance chain needs to determine the account book data structure and form a retention structure in the platform layer. This paper puts forward the data structure specification of alliance chain and definition of account book，which can more effectively support the development of the upper application. It can also support the large-scale promotion of alliance chain platform，and improve the engineering efficiency of extended application.
